Immediately after, you should see a confirmation on your screen, with important information regarding your reservation. A cost breakdown will be sent via email shortly thereafter. If you do not see the confirmation, please try resubmitting your application. There is no registration fee. Family members or friends traveling together should complete only one form, unless arriving on different flights or have different program or lodging choices. If such is the case, each individual should submit a separate reservation form. All information is required in order to complete the reservation. If some information is unknown at the time of making the reservation (such as flight number), it must be sent to us as soon as possible.
