In addition to our special programs of study for children, we also offer child care. There are two options: babysitting, and pre-school.

Babysitting is possible at your lodging, at the school, or pretty much where you like with an experienced nanny. The price includes 25 hours of care weekly. The cost is $50 per week, plus $10 per week for each additional child and $10 for each additional 5 hours.

Pre-school is for those children of students who are staying for longer periods of time or who are moving to Guatemala/Central America. The pre-school is literally right around the corner from our school. The pre-school package includes:

Day care service, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Breakfast and lunch
Medical care in case of emergency - free
An all women staff, all who are teachers

What you need to provide:

Passport number
Diapers and any special milk or food, if necessary

The price is an outstanding value, at $50 per week, $150 per month. Although similar in cost to the babysitting service, please note that the pre-school is really for those who choose to leave their child most of the day, and who will be staying for an extended period of time.
