Payment may be made in US Dollars, Guatemalan Quetzals, Traveler’s cheques at the school, by exchanging traveler’s checks at a local bank (US dollar checks only), or in advance by bank transfer for a $30.00 fee. Payment need not be made before you begin classes, and there is no reservation fee. Credit card, e-check and bank transfer payments are also accepted via the Pay Pal system, for a 3% surcharge. These payments must be received in advance, at least two weeks prior to arrival. We recommend that the payment by bank transfer option only be chosen by those students whose total bill exceeds $3,000, or for those whose fees are being paid by a 3rd party, due to the high fees banks charge for this service.
Free airport pickup is available for those studying five weeks or longer, for certain groups of students or teachers affiliated with a college or university, and for international organizations. Discounts are available for those studying for longer periods of time. All discounts are contingent on payment in full being made upon arrival. Unlike most other schools, we offer the possibility of a refund. Please see our General Terms and Conditions for detailed payment and refund information. There is no registration fee, and payment can be made upon arrival. Reservations are always confirmed on your arrival date. Bank transfers and credit card payments, however, guarantee that your specific spot and lodging assignment will be held in case of arrival on a different date.

Private - for study five days a week, one-on-one instruction, all levels - beginner to proficient. Mornings prices apply if any of a student’s lessons start before 12:00 noon. For any lesson starting or continuing after 6:00 p.m., the evening prices apply.
